Madden 25 Downloads To Reach 50 Day Streak

An early morning session on Madden 25 saw four unlocks while using the community mode to upload and download files. Taker (10G) unlocked for downloading a piece of content from Madden Share while Feedback (10G) popped up for giving a rating to the content that I had downloaded.

Giver (10G) unlocked for uploading a piece of content to Madden Share and the final achievement was Quality Gift (10G) for downloading a total of three files from Madden Share.

The day also included a three game run on Madden 25's Franchise mode and also a session on FIFA 14's Career mode but sadly no unlocks popped up so it was more of an effort to future unlockings.

The achievement streak hit a milestone as it stretched to 50 days with 227 achievements obtained at a brilliant average of 4.5 per day.

Xbox Music And FIFA 14 Show Skills

A similar session to Thursday as Xbox Music and FIFA 14 were utilised side by side with the app getting two achievements early on beginning with Radio Ga Ga for playing 200 songs via the Radio feature and soon followed by Express Yourself  for creating five playlists.

FIFA 14 saw an achievement that I have been attempting to unlock both on the 360 and One versions finally unlock after some luck and some skill which can be seen in the video below as Silver Lining (25G) popped up for completing the silver level of all skill games, with the stand out one being the Lob Pass which ironically I then completed on gold level within five tries.

Xbox Music Snaps With FIFA 14

A late evening session saw a snap between the Xbox Music app and FIFA 14 which saw an achievement unlocked firstly on Xbox Music in the shape of Around The World for playing a range of top songs from the Store. FIFA 14 also had a single unlock which was Skills to Pay the Bills (20G) for beating a score in a Skill Game.

The two unlocks moved my current achievement streak to 220 achievements in 48 days and hopefully it will last into 2014.

Uno Goes Inviting

A busy day sorting room space and transferring films from VHS to DVD meant a quick dash on Uno  to extend the achievement streak and the unlocking of An Inviting Friend! (5G) for inviting five friends to a game and also was the first X360 unlock of the month despite being on Windows 8 (x360 collection) but pushed the streak to 218 in 47 days.

Madden 25 Uses Smarts

A quick go on Madden 25 saw the unlocking of College Influence (25G) for scoring a touch down on an option play and moved the achievement streak to 217 in 46 days.

Madden 25 And FIFA 14 Score Points

The day began with a session on Madden 25 while watching Redskins v Giants on the snap app and unlocked Going for Gold (15G) for earning a gold medal in a drill on the Skills Trainer while following the medals, I played the WAS/NYG game while still viewing the real one and unlocked the You're Welcome challenge for playing my first football game in December.




I moved on to FIFA 14 and began unlocking on Ultimate Team with Collecting Silverware (100G) for winning a division in Seasons while Chemistry Experiment (10G) mixed in for applying my first chemistry style to a player.

We're Bros Now (10G) unlocked for earning a player's loyalty by reaching ten games with him in the team and in the same match, I Could Do This Every Week (10G) for challenging the Team of the Week.

Big Game (10G) unlocked for winning a Game of the Week in Highlights of the Week and a quick stop on Pro Clubs saw Just Dropped In (10G) pop up for playing a drop-in match in Pro Clubs.

What a Hit, Son (50G) unlocked for scoring with a Dipping Volley and the FIFA session ended with A Legendary Performance (30G) for winning a game on Legendary difficulty when losing at half time.  

I returned to Madden 25 to end the night and on Franchise mode with Washington, unlocked On The Ball (15G) for using a No-Huddle offence via the Kinect sensor which with some re-calculation included bring the achievement streak to 216 in 45 days.

Assassins Creed IV Opens December

After a great November and a brilliant haul on DR3 in the last week, I opened December with a quick go on ACIV and scored an early unlock in the shape of Heroes Aren't Born (10G) for completing Sequence one.This brought the achievement streak to 201 in 44 days.

November Summary

November has been brilliant mainly due to the newly launched Xbox One which alone has brought in 74 achievements and this means a new era has begun with two systems providing achievements with the Windows 8 games coming under the Xbox 360 collection.

A superb month which has continued the success from earlier through the year and even though the main goals look unlikely, it would be nice to beat last years records.

Dead Rising Survival Gold Ends November

As yesterday was the last day of the month, I looked to get as close as possible to finishing Dead Rising 3 completely but have reached 48/52 achievements with the final four needing a massive amount of time to earn so will be attempted further in the future so other games can be played.

Five achievements were unlocked taking the achievement streak to a stunning 200 in 42 days which is exceptional seeing as this year I only hit that over five months. Anyway, the unlocking began with Genius of Zombie Slaying (25G) for killing a total of 72,000 zombies while Almost Famous (25G) popped up for completing 25 PP trials.

Certified Survivalist (5G) unlocked for earning 25 bronze medals in the Survival Training and was instantly joined by Surviving Training Specialist (10G) for earning 25 silver medals and to complete the set, Survival Training Master (20G) for earning 25 gold medals and closed the November achievement haul.
